Data Analyst

We are currently looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support our client within the areas of data management and data quality improvement for a newly implemented HR system with an integrated cloud solution. This is a contract assignments with one of our clients in Zurich.

Tasks

* Analyse data irregularities and discrepancies in order to improve data quality

* Support in monitoring data transfer between the new HR system and SAP

* Configure HR applications

* Support the HR Business Technology team in day-to-day, ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

* Experience in a similar capacity, involving data quality control and validation

* Understanding of database models and designs

* Good experience in application configuration

* Committed, assertive and communicative personality

* Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project)

* Knowledge of HR systems and/or SAP advantageous
