Senior Site Manager (Construction)

Location: Northampton

Salary: Between £50,00 - £60,000 (DOE) plus highly competitive benefits package

The Opportunity:

My client, an award-winning contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their highly successful Division. The successful Site Manager will have a proven track record delivering projects up to £10m and will be responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of project, including customer relations, health & safety, quality, environmental, programme and the cost / value of operations.

This is an excellent opportunity opportunity for a Senior Site Manager looking for progression. This role will offer further career development.

The Key Requirements

* Main contractor background

* Experience of working on Extra Care and Retirement and Healthcare projects.

* RC Frame experience (essential)

* Delivered projects between £5M - £10M

* Knowledge of H&S obligations and building legislations

* Trade experience and site experience preferable

* D & B Background

* Stable track record of employment

* Full UK driving licence

Qualifications:

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* First Aid at Work
