We are currently seeking an ERP Support and System Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment in Fife. You will be joining a small and successful team to provide support whilst ensuring the development and maintenance of business applications, with some elements of IT Support and Project Management.

Responsibilities

* Implement and support the ERP System, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics NAV

* Development and maintenance of Reporting Systems, BI dashboards and Reports

* Identifying business process improvements, generating solutions through ERP Systems

* Supporting and Administering of MS SQL

* Develop system and user procedures

* Provide help desk support and problem-solving where required

* Manage projects to successfully deliver change management and process improvement

* Advanced Microsoft Office

* ERP System

* Business Analysis

* Project Management

* Technical, Analytic and Problem Solving skills

* Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating System experience

* Taking responsibility and ownership throughout projects
