Project Manager (Construction)

Location: North London (Barnett)

Salary: Up to £70,000 plus highly competitive benefits package

The Opportunity:

My client, an award winning main contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their highly successful team. The successful Project Manager will have a proven track record delivering high value projects and will be responsible for the overall management and success of projects from inception to completion including customer relations, health & safety, quality, environmental, programme and the cost / value of operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the most successful and recognisable main contractors in the UK. Live projects are valued between £10m - £30m and are predominantly within the education sector. With a strong pipeline of work over the next 5 years in North and South Regions

The Key Requirements:

* Main contractor background

* Stable employment history

* Delivered projects up to the value of £20M from inception to completion

* Experience of working within Education Sector

* New Build experience essential

* HNC, ONC Building Studies

* MCIOB / Chartered Construction Manager

Qualifications:

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* First Aid at Work
