£38,000 to £44,000 + Progression + Pension + Holiday

Excellent opportunity for a time served maintenance engineer with management experience to join an industry leading company offering a highly autonomous and technically challenging role where you can play a key part in the company's development.

This established company are a world leader in what they do, operating for over 100 years they are now part of a highly successful global brand. Due to continued expansion they are now searching for a Maintenance Manager to take on a key role overseeing 20 staff in a busy manufacturing environment.

In this role you will manage an engineering team, focus on budget management, setting KPIs, lean manufacturing, continuous improvements, scheduling repairs, maintenance and the installation of new machinery.

The ideal candidate will be a time served maintenance engineer with management experience. Candidates from automotive, aerospace and food backgrounds would all be considered.

The Role:

*Improving and managing all maintenance aspects of the site

*Lean manufacturing / Continuous improvements

*Some facilities management

*Managing budgets

*Managing a large team

The Person:

*A background as a time served maintenance engineer

*Experience working in a manufacturing facility

*Experience managing an engineering team

*Proven experience managing budgets

*Ideally from an Automotive or Aerospace background, however Food, Paper & Packaging may also be considered.
