Assistant Quantity Surveyor

I am working on behalf of a well-established award winning main contractor who is seeking a Commercial Manager to work regionally in Suffolk.

The company is a tier 1 contractor and has a strong reputation as a great employer. They have an exciting portfolio of work ranging from £5 million - £100 million.

The successful candidate will assistant surveying on construction projects from tender stage right through to the completion of the construction stage. Sectors they cover - Healthcare, Education, industrial, and commercial.

Assistant Quantity Surevyor:

* 2 years' plus experience working directly as a Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor.

* Be comfortable working on tenders and live projects.

* You will be an outgoing, personable individual with exceptional communication skills.

* Full UK driving License.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Remuneration:

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Suffolk

Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, generous pension, 25 days holiday
