Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading clients.

Based in Castle Donnington the client are looking for an Experienced Business Analyst on an initial 12 Month FTC.

Job Purpose

*The business analyst works with customer and internal stakeholders to define and document business processes and convert them into design documents.

*They support the design and delivery process to ensure the clients solutions developed and delivered in line with customer expectations.

*They are the conduit between technical and non-technical stakeholders ensuring information flow between the two is understood.

Key Responsibilities.

*Elicit requirements using interviews, requirements workshops, document analysis and existing specifications.

*Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources to deconstruct processes and recommend appropriate changes to solutions or process.

*Document As-Is and To-Be processes using appropriate tools including use case diagrams, process flow diagrams, and version control documents.

*Develop requirements specifications using standard templates and using natural and unambiguous language.

*Proactively communicate with customers in a consistently professional manner to ensure delivery efforts are in line with their expectations.

*Develop existing internal processes to develop consistent, repeatable behaviors in the design and delivery process.

*Maintain business requirements documents and version control documents on the company's file repository.

Key Experience

*Experience with Process Engineering, Requirements Specification, and System Design Processes.

*High level of proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications (including Visio and Project)

*Understanding of relational databases and their use in large business solutions.

*Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.

*Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent qualification or work experience

*Ideally possessing Business Analysis qualification such as IDBA

*Previous experience of working in warehousing and distribution environments

*Experience of Warehouse Management Systems
