Programme Management Officer

Based Northants

Salary c. £50,000 plus benefits

This leading employer is seeking an experienced Programme Management Officer to join their function that they are expanding in Northants.

To be successful in this role, you need to have strong experience working in a PMO function including governance and reporting, project plan development and maintenance, documentation as well as having the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and provide the necessary challenge where needed.

In the role you will be joining an expanding PMO practice that provides support to major change initiatives - these could include major technology programmes or regulatory reporting projects. In the role you will be responsible for analysis and updating of project plans, co-ordination of change management process, RAID updates, project governance health checks and risk and dependency tracking.

You will have a recognised project management qualification eg Prince 2 or APM. Experience of both Waterfall and Agile ways of working would be beneficial.
