Decisions Systems Lead

You will be working for a leading Business and consumer Retail Bank, as an experienced Decisions System Lead sitting with the banks Technology Campus.

You will be responsible for managing systemic processes relating to the implementation, testing and maintenance of credit strategies in automated control systems.

Key responsibilities:

Provide effective change management and problem resolution for strategy implementations.

Oversee a geographically diverse team, both nearshore and off shore.

Drive the agreed Target Operating model, ensuring that effectiveness and efficiency of all team members is maintained.

Required Skills:

Credit systems or equivalent experience

Previous managerial experience using (Strategy Manager, Powercurve, TRIAD, Blaze)

Good understanding of the technical skills associated with software/processes used to manage credit strategies
