Scrum Master/ Project Manager | Essex | £45,000

My client is undergoing rapid expansion and is looking for an individual who is experienced in delivering projects in an Agile environment who wants to be a part of this growth. They are looking for a candidate who has experience of IT infrastructure, development methodologies.

You will be expected to communicate to Agile team members and bring them together. As well as this, you will be expected to take ownership and strive to deliver a variety of critical business projects.

Desirable skills:

* Strong team player who can facilitate the Agile process via Agile ceremonies

* Excellent negotiation skills

* Experience of a full SDFC

* Experience of IT infrastructure, development methodologies/terminology

A full driving licence is required.
