Quality & Continuous Improvement Engineer

£35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Excellent Benefits

Are you looking for a fully autonomous role where you will use your Quality & CI expertise to manage your own projects and directly impact the business?

This is a new role for the company for a Quality / CI expert to come in and be the go to expert for Quality & Continuous Improvement within the manufacturing environment.

This company are leaders in the design and manufacture of complex electronics and supply to a large European market, both to blue chip clients and SMEs. They are expanding rapidly and focusing heavily on process improvement and quality, this is a great opportunity to spearhead this.

This role would suit a Quality / Continuous Improvement engineer from a manufacturing environment, ideally Automotive, Aerospace or similar.

The Role:

-Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools

-Applying Quality Methodologies to improve the business (FMEA's, 5S, VSM, etc)

-Working in a successful PCB / Electronics manufacturing environment

The Person:

-Manufacturing background

-Knowledge and practical usage of Lean Six sigma and Quality Methodologies

-Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics or similar industries advantageous
