Freelance NetSuite Administrator

My client a leader within the Media industry are currently looking for an experienced Freelance NetSuite Administrator to assist their dive for continuous improvement and system optimisation.

Responsibilities:

- Implement NetSuite ERP - Design through testing and go-live

- Post go-live optimisation's and development

- First point of contact for support managing escalations to NetSuite support

- Support requests for reports, KPI's & dashboards

- Plan, review, and manage change configurations, customisation

- Fully document existing and new customizations and workflows

- Manage process testing for NetSuite upgrades

- Manage NetSuite integrations with internal & external systems

Requirements:

- Strong experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder. Ideally NetSuite certified

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or relevant experience

- Good understanding of finance processes

- Strong documentation, process mapping and communication skills

- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users

- Understanding of ITIL framework

- Worked within an Agile environment with strong teamwork experience
