JOB PURPOSEThe Business analyst is responsible to support facilities on several solutions, technologies and tools.

The Business analyst must have expertise in any of the following business domains :

Sales, Maintenance Repair Order, Finance and Accounting, Procurement, Manufacturing, Product Life cycle managment, Project Order Processing, Supply Chain.

The main solution covered are: M3, R4, Web applications

The Peripheral tools are : Infor IDM/ICM, PSP,OSWM, IOP, Supplier Portal, Flammability Portal, Ezair R4 web, Ezair R5, MEC, MAK, RPG, MOM Streamserver, Tradeexpress, Mashup, dotNet 1.0 to dotNet 4.5, Webservices

MAIN ACTIVITIESThe position is responsible to:

- Troubleshoot and develop solutions for issues for Business Users across the globe

- Help Business Users Or route Business Users to the right contact personnel to find solution for the issue occurring in Live environment.

- Create work around procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion

- Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources

- Review and deliver to improve the KPIs defined

- Identifying incidents that are actually problems and route them for Problem management.

- Work closely with Project teams for smooth handover to support.

- Coordinate, liaise, build trust and facilitate communications with Business Users representatives

- Look for Continuous improvement opportunities and provide recommendations for improving support service

- Request and Complete deployment of development on tests systems and production systems

- Ensure correct and timely Fix of deployments

- Document incidents resolutions to build and enrich knowledge base

PROFILE DESCRIPTION

DEGREEBachelors degree or equivalent, a Masters and MIS degree is a plus

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE4+ years of experience in development domain

EXPERIENCE DETAILSMiminum 5+ years of experience in IT/IS Industry.

The candidate must have worked as a Developer on M3 ERP context.

SKILLSKnowledgeERP Experience (M3 ERP) is mandatory.

Good Expertise of developments in ERP context (M3, R4, …).

Know-howCandidate must have ability to work proactive and show can-do attitude.

Have a mindset to manage several demanding tasks at a time.

Result oriented approach and ability to motivate and deliver results.
