Role - Process Manager

Location - Winchester, Hampshire

Duration - until December 2018

Purpose:

To lead a team of Process Analysts to develop, implement and manage complex processes within a Business Unit in accordance with the clients Service Management Model and based on ITIL best practice.

Requirements:

- Experience of embedding, maturing and helping organisations to adopt and improve processes.

- Experience in Process mapping and implementation.

- Experience in Agile project delivery and design thinking/user experience and user journey mapping.

- Relevant business analysis or process analysis qualification such as Lean Six Sigma, Babok or BPMN
