£60,000 - £80,000 + Bonus (100k OTE) Training + Progression + Car + Benefits

Are you craving a senior leadership role overseeing the strategic and group wide activities of a major companies Controls & Automation division?

This is ideal for a proven leader who has a track record of senior level strategic management and has some demonstrable background experience in Controls and Automation, but now wants an ambitious and high level opportunity to really test themselves

The company are a global chemicals manufacturer who operate over 30 chemical plants worldwide. Due to expansion, continuous improvements projects and a strategic developments program they are looking at a long term infrastructure improvements project creating key positions overseeing their crucial divisions.

The role involves providing leadership in terms of people management and strategic management to the company's controls and automation division. This involves understanding what controls and automation is, strategizing the companies upgrade, repair and continuous improvements goals and organising how, who and when the projects across all of the plants are to take place. You will have a level of autonomy, budget controls and report straight to the directorship team being ultimately accountable for this company's entire controls and automation division

The Role:

*Senior Manager (Controls & Automation)

*People and Strategic Management primarily - You will still need a reasonable understanding of controls and automation though

*Home based but occasional worldwide travel

*Proven leadership experience

*PIM & LIM System experience

*Experience with Systems Integration

*Understanding of Controls and Automation
