Excellent role on offer for a Contracts Manager looking to work for a rapidly growing company where you will have responsibility over valuable projects.

Do you have contracts management experience and background in construction / engineering? Are you looking to work for a progressive business?

Established 25 years ago, this company are a specialist roofing & cladding contractor that service clients around the South East region. They are an award winning organisation and have been recognised for the outstanding standard of workmanship they provide to clients. Due to current and ongoing expansion, they are looking for a motivated Contracts Manager to join their small but highly skilled team.

In this role you will responsible for managing roofing projects across the South East of England. This includes ordering of materials, labour management, client liaison and looking after a team of site supervisors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong history of contracts management and a knowledge of the construction industry. Ideally you will have previous experience of the roofing industry although this isn't essential. You will need to live within a commutable distance of Lewes as you time will be split between the office and customer sites.

* Previous Contracts Management experience

* Background in Construction / Engineering

* Ideally knowledge of roofing industry
