Senior Data Manager - Architect / Development

Spring are working in partnership with a leading utilities company who are looking to recruit a Data Architect / Solutions Development Manager to be based in their prestigious offices in Wokingham

£60k - £70k

Your job will be:

You will be responsible for leading a thriving team both delivering and maintaining the Enterprise data management platform. You will deliver complex solutions and have a deep understanding of enterprise data management tools, capabilities and solutions. You will drive early adoption across program teams while delivering complex components such as data migration flows, repositories and analytics

Your responsibilities will be

*Provide enabling technology and guidelines that drive greater self-service across business units

*Liaise with the architecture teams ensuring technology and solutions are aligned

*Lead the Enterprise Data Management team which will consist of Data Governance, Data Architects and Engineers

*Establish and enforce data standards, patterns and optimisation's to deliver high performance analytics

*Analyse the data management implementation methods ensuring it's in line with policies and any external regulations

You will need

*Proven experience within software development with a strong focus on Data Management

*Significant hands on experience in implementing solutions involving Data Management platforms, ETL, quality tools, SQL Server

*Previous experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx

*Azure cloud hosting environment experience is desirable

*Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
