Are you someone who thrives on insight, gets excited from being surrounded by data and has the technical skills and drive to enable data-driven decision making on a global scale?  If so, this might be the role for you. ABOUT THE ROLE

Working on Web, Social and CRM analytics you'll join the Marketing and communications programme, working with teams across the globe defining data needs, designing workflows and dashboards to empower decision making. You'll be tasked with delivering insightful and actionable recommendations through reporting, analysis, and optimisation.  You'll be a part of the entire data analysis cycle, from setting KPIs to implementing tracking.  You'll have a focus on establishing best-practice processes and championing data in decision making throughout the Amnesty movement.  Working closely with social media and other digital engagement colleagues you'll help teams to use data to guide content production for digital marketing. ABOUT YOU You will have 3+ years experience in data analysis,- especially in manipulating large data sets to produce good quality insights to support complex decision-making. Your unparalleled attention to detail will be matched by a capability to always see the bigger picture, show creativity and initiative to solve problems, and convey insights to a variety of audiences in the most effective way. You'll have experience managing and implementing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, as well as coding skills that allow you to manipulate data, refine workflows and create real time visualisations and dashboards.
