Role: Security Information Risk Advisor

Duration: 3 Months +

Clearance required: DV level

Location: Remote with occasional travel to London

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

In this role you will be required to:

- Conduct thorough risk assessments of information systems, networks, and applications to identify potential security vulnerabilities and threats.

- Analyse security controls and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate identified security risks effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide security guidance and support for new projects, initiatives, and system implementations.

- Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting investigations, and implementing remediation actions as necessary.

- Stay abreast of emerging security threats, trends, and technologies to proactively address potential risks and vulnerabilities.

- Provide training and awareness programmes to educate employees on security best practices and procedures.

- Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders regarding security risk assessments and mitigation efforts.
