Intune SME

Gloucester Or Warrington based with Remote working (1-2 days onsite per week)

6 Month contract initially

Rates: market rates (Umbrella-PAYE)

We are working with a leading consultancy, a long term client and a market leader in their field. We are looking for an Intune SME to join the team on a great programme of work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Microsoft Intune Administration: Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, application deployment, and compliance policies. Develop and implement Intune profiles and policies to ensure a secure and productive device environment.

* Application Packaging and Deployment: Package and deploy software applications using tools such as Microsoft Intune prep tool. Ensure standardized and efficient deployment processes for software across the organization.

o Managing and assigning applications to users.

o Managing app settings remotely.

o Identify and deploy application updates through Microsoft Intune.

* Endpoint Security: Implement and monitor security policies through Intune, including conditional access and compliance settings. Collaborate with the security team to enhance endpoint protection and respond to security incidents.

* Hardware knowledge: Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting.

* Device Lifecycle management: Configuration of Windows Autopilot, deployment of OS upgrades and application along with MDM, MAM, MCM policies.

* MDM - Management of MDM platform (Microsoft Intune)

* Support -Provide administration and technical support for devices and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

* Scripting and automation: Develop and maintain software solutions/scripts to support automation of Intune configuration and administration to develop desired state configuration for Azure Cloud Platform.

Key Skills / Experience:

* Strong experience with Device Management through Intune.

* Strong experience to Configure and deploy Auto-Pilot within Intune

* Strong knowledge in set up and enrolment of devices, manage users and licenses, assign roles, enroll Windows and mobile devices, manage profiles for Windows devices.

* Define and implement RBAC within inTune.

* E3 PowerShell Scripting skills

* Deep understanding of Intune and Azure

* Implementing Microsoft Azure tenant-level configuration, including Intune, Azure Active Directory (AAD) administration, Conditional Access Policy (CA).

* Create and Maintain Windows Compliance Policies.

* Excellent communication skills

* Migration and implementation of Intune and defined services.

* Experience in Agile and Scrum development methodology

* Proficiency in Modern workplace technologies: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows 10/11, device management

* Experience in Auto Pilot and RBAC

* Configuration of Windows Autopilot, deployment of OS upgrades

* Experienced in OS migration through Intune

* Experience Intune application deployment and Protection

* Manage Intune licence and Implement compliance.

* Application onboarding, provisioning & deployment via Intune platform. Good knowledge on application packaging and MSI technologies.

* Creation of provisioning profiles, configurations & security profiles and deployment to managed client devices.

* Enterprise device provisioning, management, configuration, life-cycle management.

* Understanding of Azure AD Connect and Azure AD directory service for managing cloud identity.

* Understanding of SSO and MFA technologies for SaaS applications
