Workshop Controller (Training from Mechanic) £42,000 (OTE £53,000) + Progression + Excellent Training + Pension + Bonus Office based. Commutable from Southampton, Portsmouth, Salisbury, Winchester and surrounding areas. Rotating Weekly Shifts: Earlies (6am - 3pm, Mon - Fri) / Lates (1:30pm - 10pm, Mon - Fri) + 1 Saturday per 2 weeks (6am - 1pm) Are you from an automotive background looking to make a career move with an industry-leading company that will support your development into a leadership position through excellent training in an autonomous, varied role with excellent work/life balance and earning potential? Due to a recent internal promotion, they are now looking to add a fresh face at their Southampton Depot. Within this varied role, you will be tasked with overseeing the efficient running of the workshop, looking after around 10 technicians to ensure customer expectations are met. The Role:

• Managing a team of technicians to ensure productivity is efficient
• Effective communication with customers and suppliers
• Office based
• Alternating weekly shifts with 1 Saturday per 2 weeks

The Person:

• Automotive background (HGV / PSV desirable)
• Supervisory experience or eager to step off the tools into a leadership role
• Lives commutable to Southampton
