Senior Full Stack Web Developer - the opportunity
This is an exciting role with a growing company that occupies an interesting niche in the world of eCommerce. They're building a market-leading set of products and have a wide variety of projects in the pipeline including launching new services, upgrading existing ones and introducing new technologies to their stack.

The company is looking for an additional, experienced developer who can join them at a senior level: remaining hands-on but also providing leadership on projects and guiding/mentoring more junior developers. The work environment is highly collaborative, whilst maintaining plenty of autonomy and encouraging new ideas and original thinking.

Our client operates flexible working hours (with no "core hours" or weekends). They are not a remote-working environment, though: they prefer to be in the office working in person together. So you'll need to be happy commuting to their pleasant, well-located office in Cardiff on a daily basis.

Senior Full Stack Web Developer - responsibilities: -
-
Work closely with Head of Dev to develop strategy & processes
-
Translate briefs into well architected and robust systems
-
Lead on projects from conception to completion

Coach & mentor junior developers
-
Working with other teams to craft solutions for the business
Full Stack Developer - requirements: -
-
Strong hands-on development skills using the above stack or similar
-
Experience of the full project lifecycle including coaching others during that process

High levels of attention to detail

Good knowledge of HTML, Javascript and SCSS

Strong experience of GIT version control
