£28,000 - £30,000 + Monday to Friday + Early Friday Finish + Company Benefits

Are you an HR Coordinator / Advisor, looking to join a well-established and growing business with a great work-life balance?

On offer is a highly varied role within a small and close-knit team, with the opportunity to continue developing your skills.

This long-standing business operate within the engineering industry, and are going through a period of growth due to their continued success. They are looking for a new HR Advisor to support the ongoing development of the business.

You will play a key part in supporting the HR business functions, involved with recruitment, disciplinaries, payroll, time and attendance and other HR matters.

This role will suit someone with previous HR experience, ideally within an Engineering / Technical field, looking to join a stable and growing business.

The Role:HR AdvisorProviding administrative support, guidance and advice to the HR departmentCoordination and administration of time and attendance system, monthly payroll, and other general HR mattersSupporting with recruitmentMonday to Friday (37 hours) with an early finish on a Friday

The Person:Previous HR experienceExperience with payroll, time and attendance, and disciplinary meetingsAny experience within a Technical / Engineering environment would be advantageous (not essential)Good level of computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerpointCIPD Level 3
