Senior Full Stack Developer Mayfair, London (Hybrid after 3 month probation) £100,000 - £150,000 + Bonus + Pension + Holidays + Growing Business This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Senior Full Stack Developer from a Commodity and Trading background to join an expanding technology business just before they grow exponentially in size, turnover and reputation. This company provide their own bespoke CTRM software platform to Commodity Trading companies in the UK with forecasted and rapid development. They are now looking for a CTRM Support Specialist to join them during this invigorating phase. In this role, you will oversee platform development from start to finish. This includes ensuring platform quality, managing infrastructure, and designing future architecture solutions. You will lead the development lifecycle, from design and programming to testing and deployment, while maintaining coding standards and guidelines. Prioritising high-quality documentation, you'll provide technical leadership to the team. Additionally, you will validate enterprise solutions, enhance QA testing processes, and focus on security, scalability, and code quality. Supporting cloud infrastructure upkeep and monitoring systems will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background and proven leadership skills with remote teams. They should demonstrate expertise in commodities trading, including derivatives, spreads, options, and futures. Knowledge of trading platforms like ICE, CME, and TT is crucial, along with self-organization and a technical mindset. They should be willing to engage in all aspects of early-stage business growth, possess excellent communication and analytical skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You will need to be proficient with as many of the following tech stack as possible. The core tech stack is: C#, .Net Core, Entity, Azure, Terraform, React, Postgress/Timescale, SignalR, MySQL, RabbitMQ, Azure DevOps CI, APIs, FIX Protocol.
