Internships and work experience

We’re proud to shout out about the partnerships we’ve built with local schools, colleges and universities, with a keen focus to enhance our early career opportunities in the world of technology. We have some amazing interns on placement this year and following our pilot last year, where we were privileged to be able to offer two thirds of our interns a permanent role at Vitality, we’re hoping that our current cohort of interns will also be the colleagues of our future.

We are now expanding our early career opportunities to work with local schools to deliver engaging work placements, introducing the next generation to the tech world and to affirm that it’s a career for all.
